A general POA and a special one cost the same. A special POA, limited to one task, is the simpler and safer choice where it fits, and we will tell you which suits your case before anything is drafted.
How this price works. AED 900 is the whole price for a standard general or special Power of Attorney, with the notary and government charges already inside it and nothing further to pay. You get it in writing before any work begins, and it does not change afterwards. If your case needs something out of the ordinary, we tell you what it costs before we start, never after. Our assistant does not quote a figure at all: a person prices your case and sends the quotation.
FAQ
What's the difference between a general and a special POA?
A general POA grants broad authority; a special POA is limited to one specific task, such as selling a car or handling a single court matter. Both cost the same, and a special POA is usually the safer choice, we'll recommend the right one for you.
Do I need to visit the notary in person?
For many POAs the principal must sign before the notary, either in person or through the notary's online service. We'll tell you exactly which applies to your case.
Can I cancel a POA later?
Yes, a POA can be revoked. Ask us and we'll explain the process.
Is it valid across the UAE?
