What it is

A Power of Attorney (POA) lets you appoint someone to act for you in the UAE. It can be general, granting broad authority, or special, limited to one specific task. DocuGulf arranges the drafting in Arabic and English and coordinates notarisation at a Dubai notary public, then delivers the finished document to you.

Pricing

Our all-in service fee is from AED 1,300, covering preparation, coordination with the licensed partner and delivery. Government fees, such as notary fees, are always shown separately and passed through at cost.

For comparison, all-in done-for-you POA services in the market typically run AED 1,000–1,900 depending on the POA type and number of signatures. Notary fees of around AED 220 per signature are shown separately and passed through at cost. Installments via Tabby may be available on larger orders.

FAQ

What's the difference between a general and a special POA?

A general POA grants broad authority; a special POA is limited to one specific task, such as selling a car or handling a single court matter. A special POA is usually cheaper and safer, we'll recommend the right one for you.

Do I need to visit the notary in person?

For many POAs the principal must sign before the notary, either in person or through the notary's online service. We'll tell you exactly which applies to your case.

Can I cancel a POA later?

Yes, a POA can be revoked. Ask us and we'll explain the process.

Is it valid across the UAE?
