What will it cost me?
A flat service fee, quoted before you commit and published on our price list. Government and notary charges are passed through at cost and shown separately, never marked up.
Do I have to go anywhere in person?
For most services, no, you can start and finish on WhatsApp. We only ask you to attend where the law requires your physical presence, which in practice means some notary signatures, and we tell you that with your quote.
What do you need from me to start?
Usually a clear phone photo of each document. We tell you exactly which ones with your quote, so there is no guessing and no second round of requests.
How long does it take?
Most things are days rather than weeks, and same-day where the authority allows it. The honest limit: we do not control a government processing queue, so your timeline is our best estimate and we keep you posted against it.
Are you a law firm?
No. We are a documentation facilitation service, licensed notaries, certified translators and approved typing centres do the regulated work. We do not give legal advice, and if that is what you need we will say so.
What if something goes wrong?
