The DocuGulf Guarantee
Six promises, in plain language, on every order we take. Each one is already a term of the quotation you sign, this page is where you can read them without opening a PDF.
The price you are quoted is the price you pay
One flat service fee, quoted in writing before any work starts and valid for 14 days. Government, notary and registration fees are itemised separately and charged at cost. Nothing is added afterwards.
Government fees are never marked up
What the authority charges is what appears on your invoice. If a fee turns out lower than quoted, you are charged the lower figure.
Licensed people do the regulated work
Notaries, legal translators and approved typing centres perform what the law reserves for them. We say which parts those are rather than implying we do everything ourselves.
One round of revisions is included
Per document, unless your quotation says otherwise. If we typed it wrong, fixing it is not a new order and not a new fee.
You can always see where it is
Every order carries a tracking code and a page to follow it on, and your account keeps the documents you sent and the ones we produced in one place.
Your documents stay confidential
Your information and files are handled in strict confidence and shared only with the licensed partner or authority that has to see them to complete your order.
What we are not
A guarantee is only worth reading if it is honest about its edges, so here are ours.
- We are not a law firm. DocuGulf is a documentation facilitation service. We do not give legal advice and we do not represent you in a dispute. Where you need advice, we will tell you so rather than answer the question.
- We do not control government timelines. We give you a realistic timeline with your quote and we tell you when an authority, not us, holds the clock. We cannot promise a date that is theirs to set.
- We do not decide the outcome. An attestation, a filing or a visa is approved by the authority, not by us. We guarantee the work is prepared and submitted correctly, not that a decision goes your way.
- We do not sell or broker insurance. Where a service needs a policy in place, a vehicle registration renewal, for example, you arrange that with your own insurer.
Cancellation and refunds
Work begins when we have full payment and the documents we asked for. If you cancel after that, fees for work already carried out are non-refundable, but any government or third-party fee we have not yet incurred is refunded to you in full. If you cancel before work begins, you are refunded in full.
If something goes wrong
Tell us. The fastest route is the WhatsApp thread your order is already in, or the contact page, or the Report a problem form, which gives you a reference straight away. We would rather hear about a mistake early than have you discover it at a counter.
We answer Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm UAE time. The footer of every page says whether we are open right now.
The rest of the paperwork
This page is a plain-language summary and does not replace the two documents that govern your order: the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Where a quotation you have signed says something different from this page, the quotation is what applies, it is the record of what you were actually offered.
