AED 650 is the labour complaint: drafting the memorandum and filing it. MOHRE does not charge for the filing itself, so the whole figure is our work.
A work permit is AED 800 for Category 1 and AED 900 for Category 2 or 3.
How this price works. AED 650 is the price for a complaint memorandum, and there is no government fee on this one. You get the exact figure in writing before any work begins, and it does not change afterwards. If your case needs a stage beyond the standard one, we tell you what it costs before we start, never after. Our assistant does not quote a figure at all: a person prices your case and sends the quotation.

What if it escalates to court?
If the matter moves to the labour court, you'll need a licensed lawyer. That's outside our scope, but we can hand over your prepared documents.
