Do you represent me at MOHRE?

Is filing a MOHRE complaint free?
Yes, MOHRE doesn't charge to file. Our fee is for preparing your memorandum properly and handling the submission.
What if it escalates to court?
If the matter moves to the labour court, you'll need a licensed lawyer. That's outside our scope, but we can hand over your prepared documents.
How long does it take?
