Power of Attorney · For use abroad
A UAE power of attorney that works in your home country
A Power of Attorney drafted and notarised in the UAE, then MOFA-attested and legalised so it is valid in another country. We handle the full chain and keep you updated from your phone.
What it is
A normal UAE Power of Attorney is only accepted inside the UAE. To be valid abroad it must also be attested by MOFAIC and legalised by the destination country. This service covers the full chain, drafting and notarising the POA in the UAE, then arranging attestation and legalisation, so your attorney can act for you overseas.

FAQ
How is this different from a normal POA?
A normal UAE POA is only accepted inside the UAE. To be valid abroad it must also be attested by MOFAIC and legalised by the destination country, which this service covers end to end.
Does the price depend on the country?
Yes. Each country's legalisation or embassy fees differ, so we give you the exact all-in figure once we know the destination.
What do you need about the person acting for me?
We need your attorney's full name and details exactly as they should appear in the POA.
Do I need to sign in person?
Notarisation usually requires the principal to sign, in person or via the notary's online service. We'll confirm what your case needs.
