Attestation and recognition are often confused, but they answer different questions. Here is which you need for your degree.
Two different questions
Attestation asks: is this document genuine and legally valid for use in the UAE? Recognition asks: is this degree equivalent to a UAE qualification, and at what level? A job or licence may require one, the other, or both.
